After graduating from the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan in 1980, he gained recognition for his reinterpretations of mythological and religious themes and won the Giovanni Segantini Prize in 1982. Since the late 1990s, his artistic research has focused on combining traditional craftsmanship with innovative materials, creating works that blur the boundaries between reality and illusion. Through painting, sculpture, and installation art, Giovanazzi invites viewers to question appearances and engage with his imaginative, playful, and technically sophisticated creations.
